You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to scan and audit infrastructure, systems, and cloud environments that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. You must not:
To perform cloud audits, you may provide read-only API credentials or IAM role access for your cloud environments. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant such access. IBB Solutions will handle these credentials in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not use them for any purpose beyond providing the requested scan or audit.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any access granted to Sentinel Stacks complies with your organization's security policies and applicable law.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, reports, templates, and documentation, is owned by IBB Solutions LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly set forth herein.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant IBB Solutions a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Security scan results, vulnerability reports, and hardening recommendations provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee that your systems are free from vulnerabilities or that remediating identified issues will prevent all security incidents. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any findings.
Certain features of the Service require payment. Pricing is as described on our website at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law. IBB Solutions reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IBB SOLUTIONS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
IN NO EVENT SHALL IBB SOLUTIONS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IBB SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IBB Solutions LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
IBB Solutions may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which IBB Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property or confidentiality.
IBB Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
